Meet Ryan. He is the most gorgeous newborn! He slept well and when he was up he didn’t even fuss; he let us do just about anything. What a great little boy!
So perfect in every way!
Ryan’s three year old sister was such a trooper! She was very helpful and a good sport even through the boring parts. Thank you sweetie!

This sweet little guy’s shoot happened before our blog got started but we have so much editing to catch up on I thought you’d enjoy falling in love with his giant eyes in the meantime!
He also has a pretty stellar smile!
And a very loving grandma who helped wrangle everyone involved.
The C Family have been friends of ours for years! Mom and Dad are both amazing designers and very creative. When they asked us to take a photo of the three of them we knew instantly it wouldn’t be the traditional family photo most people imagine. We decided to meet downtown in Hollywood and ended up with a fun, grungy shoot sprinkled with a little nature and tons of love. I hope you guys like your sneak peek! You were such great sports!
Check. Out. His. Chub! This little hunk carries all 8 pounds in his cheeks! He was such a great model at just 3 days old!
His sister is equally as stunning! She’s even cheekier, has been since day one, but mom says she’s finally growing into them.
The skies held out for a few minutes so we didn’t have to play inside the whole time. Newborn stuff tends to clutter a house fast!

And this has to be one of my new favorites! I’m sure this isn’t the last time little miss will feel this way!
I’m in love! This little guy is so sweet and squishy! This shoot has got to be one of my all time favorites!
He was interested in all of the action and found it hard to rest once we got started. The good news is I’m slightly more stubborn and finally won him over!
If I didn’t know better I would say these photos were of models and not real people just seven days into parenthood!
The four legged children were less than interested in all the hoopla! They seemed to be the most sleep deprived.
Mom was so incredible with the baby! Never have I met a first time parents as relaxed as these two!
Apparently they already have a few inside jokes! I love his smile!
Once the baby finally gave up and passed out he let us do anything we wanted! Anything! He was such a hungry little caterpillar though and will certainly be eating mom and dad out of house and home very soon!

Little “Miss C” had a beautiful portrait session last week but nothing is better than cake when you’re turning one! She came to the studio to enjoy the sweet stuff and for her parents to see just how into her birthday she would be!
She wasted NO time!
And she didn’t miss getting the cake everywhere… even her hair! I’m pretty sure the caption for this photo should be… “My Work Here Is Done”!
Happy Birthday Sweet Baby Girl!
Do you remember the “F Family”?! You might not recognize this gorgeous little girl but we met her back in December for Christmas photos. She’s turning one and although she looks so different, she is still the friendliest, happiest, most beautiful little girl you ever did meet. Happy Birthday sweetheart! I hope you have a very special day!
Congrats to mom and dad for making it through the first year too! The fun has just begun!
Back with one last wedding post! Like I mentioned, we really got the soup to nuts experience with this event!
Amberly bought two wedding dresses. She didn’t care for the first one for a number of reasons but was unable to return it. So… she agreed to let us trash it! We were so excited for this and had such a fun time! Never have we had such an adventurous couple!
At this point we had an audience following us. It was a little intimidating but got the adrenaline going too!
When we asked Amberly to lay down on the shore everyone gasped…
And when Takeshi joined her – everyone CHEERED!
We even trashed her bouquet! Shortly after this they both went for a swim in the Gulf! I didn’t realize how into getting wet they really were!
Back on shore, this is one of my favorite photos! It is so intimate and sexy!
You would never know how shy and quiet she is in real life!

I am so in love! This sweet little guy is six weeks new and he is definitely my latest love! He was the most amazing model, especially at his age (newborns are usually shot within the first TWO weeks of life), and he let us do just about anything! This was my first time shooting an entire newborn session, I’m usually the baby handler, but this was a special treat!
He is so crazy in love with his parents! He was constantly looking for them if he couldn’t see them.
He is also very strong…
and quite chatty!
What amazed me most though was his sense of adventure! This bookshelf has to be 8 feet tall!
